Documents required for ReIssue of Passport – Deletion of ECR

These are the documents that are required for Re-Issue of Passport and this applies when ECR has to be deleted

• Old Passport in original with self-attested photocopy of its first two and last two pages
• Page of observation (if any), made by Passport Issuing Authority and validity extension page, if any, in respect of short validity passport (Not needed if there are any observations)
• Documentary proof for any one of the Non-ECR  (Degree or Matriculation Circulation) – See here
