These are the criteria that should be met when a Dependent family member of a Government/PSU/Statutory body employee applies for a Fresh passport

You are a Dependent family member of Government/ PSU/ Statutory body employees if:
For Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) Residents Only	You are a family member of any of the Government/ PSU/ Statutory body employees You are below 15 years of age (for children only)
Rest of India	You are a family member of any of the Government/ PSU/ Statutory body employees You are below 18 years of age (for children only)
